Click on this and Go to G-mail or you can directly go to the link by pasting this URL to your browser http://mail.google.com

Click on Create an Account
You will see a form and fill that form and Submit.

After Submission you'll see a welcome Message from Google, Inviting you to go to your account.

Now you have your own e-mail account share it with your friends and relatives to contact you through this. It is also key to Sign Up in different websites.
